Our approach
GamerWin publishes independent gaming guides, commentary, news, wiki-style references and player tools. Game names, trademarks, screenshots and related assets remain the property of their respective owners.
If you believe material on GamerWin infringes your copyright, you can send a notice to hello@gamerwin.fun.
What to include in a notice
Please include your full name, company or rights holder relationship, contact email, the copyrighted work you believe is infringed, the exact GamerWin URL, and a clear description of the material at issue.
Also include a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
Required statements
Your notice should state that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Please include a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
Review process
After receiving a complete notice, we may remove or restrict access to the challenged material while we review the claim.
We may contact the submitting party, the contributor or other relevant parties for more information.
Counter notices
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notice with your contact information, the removed material, the original URL and an explanation of why the removal was mistaken.
We may restore material when appropriate and legally permitted.
